Is it unhealthy to be alone all the time
I've been expressing my concern to the few people in my life but i don't think it's doing me any good.Overall, a bit of time alone isn't necessarily a bad idea.You don't feel the need to be around people all the time.And so it goes, until you're there, with the blinds down.Being unwillingly alone all the time, however, can lead to loneliness, which can negatively impact both physical and mental health.Spending time alone is healthy.
